Job summary We are looking for a part time Care Navigator 30 hours per week. The successful candidate will work Monday to Friday working between the hours of 8.00 am and 6.30 pm, across our 2 practices, Thorpe and Kirby Surgery. Shifts can be discussed. The candidate must have has the ability to deal with conflict. You must be trustworthy, reliable and committed to supporting the team. Main duties of the job You will be working in a very busy environment answering telephone calls, making appointments, scanning, meeting and greeting patients, general administration. You must have excellent communication and organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure are essential. A good telephone manner is essential.
