Role: Sales Development Representative (German Speaking)
Salary: up to £35k plus bonus and benefits (£60k OTE)
Hybrid: 3 days in office
Based: Central London (Farringdon)
Our Client is a Nasdaq listed Software Company. The world’s leading platform to accelerate and enable, direct-to-consumer, global e-commerce growth.
Growing rapidly since 2013, operating from offices globally and is the chosen partner of hundreds of brands, including Hugo Boss, Marc Jacobs, Etam, M&S, Versace and more.
As they continue to expand across EMEA, they are looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join the Sales team in their London office, working on the DACH market. The SDR will be responsible for prospecting and making appointments, then handing over to our Business Development Managers (BDM) for closing/onboarding them as clients.
This is a hybrid position with 3 days in the office (central London) and 2 days remote.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
* Data cleansing, target account qualification and providing optimal qualified information within our Sales CRM System (HubSpot) for data ready engagement.
* Manage data for prospective customers within the CRM (HubSpot), ensuring information is accurate, and documents are attached.
* Conduct research to identify potential prospects.
* Increase our market share in the DACH market by contributing to the growth of our new business.
* Analyse customers’ existing cross-border offering to develop a deep understanding of their needs and business.
* Target-driven prospecting via email, LinkedIn and phone.
* Consistently deliver on monthly commitments by achieving or exceeding sales quotas.
* Provide clients with strategic insights based on their performance and market trends.
* Working collaboratively with our BDMs, as well as cross functionally.
Requirements
* Preferred some experience of direct B2B/B2C Business Development experience.
* Experience in working for an innovative and agile tech company, preferably within e-commerce, logistics/supply chain, technical/software sales is a plus
* Prior prospecting experience having led to the booking of any small to large value deals in the DACH markets.
* The ability to prove consistent delivery against targets.
* Able to identify and enter in the appropriate contact details within a business.
* Able to manage multiple prospects at a time.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills in English & German.
With their clients being located globally, flexibility is required and we may need you to work out of office hours when necessary.

Requirements
Responsibilities: Operate as the lead point of contact for all clients, liaising with the relevant internal stakeholders to ensure a quick process. Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts. Generate revenue though up-selling and cross-selling existing accounts. Proactively identify expansion opportunities in addition to any red flags. Prepare periodic performance reports and QBRs covering and analysing clients’ KPIs. Support clients’ strategic, marketing and operational decisions based on internal knowledge, data analysis and best practices. Build and maintain strong and long-lasting client relationships. Requirements: Written and verbal fluency in English and Italian. At least 2+ years experience in an Account Management or Customer Success Manager role. Prior B2B experience in a software, logistics or SaaS company preferred. Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time. Experience in generating revenue by expanding on an existing book-of-business. Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs. Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyse and present data and trends to stakeholders and clients. Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation. BA/BS degree or equivalent preferable.
