My Client is on the lookout for an enthusiastic, technical, and design-motivated Architect to join their growing team in Glasgow. If you excel at managing people, time, and resources, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, I want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
1. Develop robust top-level project plans
2. Manage project resources for optimum profitability and creative excellence
3. Negotiate consultant and contractor appointments
4. Address production issues and communicate them early
5. Produce weekly production and budget control status reports
6. Deal directly with key clients on higher-level problems
7. Provide leadership and support to the project team
About You:
You’re highly organised with excellent time and project management skills. You have a sound knowledge of production information processes and are comfortable navigating statutory and legal requirements. Your ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of customers and internal stakeholders, along with your resilience in managing high-level relationships, sets you apart.
Qualifications and Experience:
1. RIBA Part 3 essential
2. Minimum of 5 years’ relevant commercial experience
Skills and Other Requirements:
1. Able to manage multiple projects.
2. Anticipate problems and respond creatively.
3. Identify and highlight when projects are not on schedule.
4. Motivate production personnel for high-quality performance.
5. Understand and create accurate budgets.
6. Possess proactive and persuasive communication skills.
7. Strong AutoCAD skills (Revit a plus)
