Lindum Homes have an exciting opportunity to join their team as an Trainee Assistant Site Manager to be based at Lincoln, with a potential to progress into site management in the near future.
We are looking for someone, whether a newly qualified construction graduate or a tradesperson looking to move into management, with a desire to succeed and become an integral part of the Homes team delivering first class properties across Lincolnshire.
You will receive continuous on the job training in additional to any external courses we feel would be beneficial to you and the business.
The role will include the following:
• Reporting and daily assistance to the appointed site manager
• Review construction works in progress and to raise defects using the company's quality control procedures.
• To adopt and use the company's standard documents as directed.
• Monitoring of Health and Safety on the site.
• Understanding of the site's programme and working with the site manager to deliver to expectation.
• Ensure the construction site is kept tidy and operates to high standards.
You will bring to the role bags of enthusiasm and the desire to learn coupled with first class communication skills and a good eye for detail. You will be commercially aware of what is required for a busy housing site with the ability to prioritise and step up when required. You must be numerate with good IT skills.
