What you’ll be doing
* Develop and execute innovative social media strategies that drive brand visibility and engagement.
* Create compelling gaming content across the key social platforms ensuring a consistent brand tone of voice and identity.
* Develop a test and learn approach that drives effectiveness learnings across the whole Marketing Communications team.
* Collaborate with wider Marketing Comms teams and core agencies to integrate key social platforms into all campaigns, sponsorships, and partnership briefs.
* Build a true partnership relationship with the social platforms to ensure EE is at the forefront of all industry innovations and opportunities to maximise campaign reach and impact.
* Stay informed about gaming industry trends, platform updates and emerging technologies and drive these learnings throughout the business.
* Establish and maintain channel guidelines for the platform content, ensuring alignment with brand values and ID as well as channel best practice.
* Lead a Community Manager who will be responsible for all campaign analysis and community management of the campaign content.
The skills and experience you will have under your belt
* A huge passion for the world of gaming and previous experience creating content that is relevant to this vertical
* Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and ability to generate innovative ideas, ideally with experience of graphic design and video editing.
* A wide knowledge of streamers
* Proven experience of planning and executing social content strategies that drives social engagement, brand and commercial metrics
* Ability to balance creative impact with brand reputation to drive both customer engagement and commercial growth.
* Strong understanding of key social media platforms including analytics tools, and advertising capabilities
* Detail oriented thinker with strong organisational and project management skills to balance tasks and priorities.
* Confident working in a fast paced and collaborative environment
* A strong verbal and written communicator who can influence stakeholders at all levels.
