The Key Account Manager – Amazon will:
* Own the Amazon account, managing day-to-day performance and growth.
* Develop and execute a tailored Amazon strategy to drive sales and improve search rankings.
* Monitor, analyse, and report on Amazon-specific KPIs, using data to drive decisions.
* Collaborate with marketing teams to optimise listings (titles, descriptions, images, A+ Content).
* Work with the digital marketing team and agencies to recommend and implement Amazon advertising strategies.
* Partner with supply chain teams to forecast demand, manage stock levels, and prevent stock issues.
Essential Skills & Experience:
* Proven Amazon account management experience.
* Strong Excel proficiency for data analysis.
* Hands-on experience managing Amazon Vendor Central.
* Ability to interpret and leverage Amazon analytics tools.
* Proactive mindset with a problem-solving approach.
* Strong communication skills to collaborate across departments.
