A very exciting opportunity has arisen for a Parts Advisor to join our team at our brand-new 1.6-acre DAF dealership in Bridgwater.
Other duties may be required of the post holder in addition to those listed above and below, to ensure that the requirements of the business are met at all times.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Source and allocate parts
2. Stock monitoring
3. Answer phone calls, emails and walk-ins from customers
4. Taking orders from customers
5. Ensure the correct parts are identified and dispatched to internal and external customers, liaising with colleagues to ensure customer expectations are met and in most cases, exceeded
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE/SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
1. Previous experience with commercial vehicle parts is essential
2. Experience of using Kerridge/ADP preferable
3. Customer focused and excellent customer service at all times
4. Excellent relationship building with clients
5. Is highly organised and adaptable
6. Team Player
7. Driving Licence (essential)
HOURS OF WORK:
Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm with Saturdays on a rota basis at time & half 08:00am – 12:00pm, 40 hours per week, 1 hour lunch (unpaid).
