Job Title: Integrations Support Coordinator Location: UK-wide (frequent travel with overnights required) Reports To: Integrations Manager Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum DOE with company car About the Role We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Integrations Support Coordinator to assist our Integrations Manager in the seamless opening of new nursery centres across the UK. This role requires strong project management skills, the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, and a hands-on approach to nursery setup and supplier coordination. Career Development and Training opportunities to help you grow. Key Responsibilities Support the Integrations Manager in planning and executing new nursery openings across the UK. Manage stakeholder relationships, coordinating between departments such as HR, Operations, IT, Facilities, and Finance. Work on-site with suppliers, oversee deliveries, and assist in unpacking and setting up nurseries. Chair project meetings, track progress, and ensure milestones are met. Report on project progress, identifying risks and implementing solutions. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements during the integration process. Support IT setup within new centres, ensuring systems are fully operational. Problem-solve on-site, ensuring that issues are addressed quickly and efficiently. Maintain detailed project documentation to ensure seamless integration of new centres. Key Skills & Experience Proven project management experience, preferably in a multi-site operational role. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple teams. IT proficiency, including experience with project management tools and business systems. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Critical thinker who can assess situations and implement practical solutions. Flexibility to travel extensively across the UK and work on-site/overnights as required. Early Years experience is desirable but not essential. Why Join Us?
