Finance & Customer Service Manager - PART TIME
Job DescriptionReporting into the Managing Director, working alongside existing management team the role will entail the following:
1. Reporting to Managing Director and external chartered accountant
2. Sale order processing
3. Knowledge of Sage 50/200 would be preferred
4. Vat returns and annual returns
5. Monthly management reports for sales team & operations
6. Review and approve vendor agreements
7. Maintain debtor & creditors ledgers
8. Cover both our UK & US businesses
9. Invoice updating & processing
10. Prepare financial statements and management accounts
11. Monitor spending and budgets
12. Variance analysis and preparing cashflow reports
13. Analyse the company's financial performance
14. Forecast and plan future spending and profits
15. Recommend ways to reduce costs and increase profits
16. Manage the finance dept to ensure that the finance function is operating smoothly and all work is being completed to an accurate and timely manner
17. Week and month end reporting
18. Reconcile Banks GBP/EUR/USD
19. Allocate payments from Shopify/Amazon/PayPal
20. Credit Control
21. Supplier Invoices and payment runs
