Your Responsibilities as an Occupational Therapist:
* Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate sensory, motor, and functional skills
* Develop and implement individualised therapy plans to enhance independence and quality of life
* Work with children and adults with SEN, autism, ADHD, sensory processing disorders, and physical disabilities
* Collaborate with teachers, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to integrate therapy into daily activities
* Provide training and strategies to support staff and families
* Maintain detailed records to track progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
What We’re Looking For:
* Degree in Occupational Therapy (or equivalent qualification)
* HCPC registration (or eligibility)
* Experience in SEN, paediatrics, or adult rehabilitation (preferred but not essential)
* Strong understanding of sensory integration, fine and gross motor skills, and functional independence
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
