Working Pattern: Monday-Friday (hybrid 2 days in the office and 3 at home)
Overview of the Role:
1. Ownership of Debt Resolution Visit and Warrant Scheduling within Field Debt Solutions. To work with Field Agents and Field Team Leaders to allocate and schedule work to Field Agents Nationwide, helping to enhance field performance with focus on controlling cost and reducing the end of year bad debt charge.
2. Allocation of Debt Resolution, post-disconnection and pre-warrant visits to field agents, balancing priority of work (eg balance, age of debt) against job density to deliver the right jobs to the right agents at the right time.
3. Ongoing ownership and reviewing of area mapping for each field agent, factoring travel time and the prospective number of forecast work that each agent will be responsible for.
4. Ownership of master allocation details for individual work volumes with ongoing maintenance and review.
5. Analysis of historic and forecast volumes to enable recommendations to field management team on recruitment needs or alternative action to prevent build up of work.
6. Ownership of data in Trackm8 system, updating with team changes, leavers, new starters and the distribution and management of 'Dallas keys'.
7. Optimise planning for court bookings and warrant executions to reduce costs and the Field carbon footprint.
8. Booking court slots including making payments, maintenance of court data.
9. Liaise with external suppliers such as metering providers, locksmiths and dog handlers.
10. Produce Weekly Forecasts of work for individual field agents, liaising with the field agents and Field Team Leaders to maximise efficiency through weekly telephone meetings.
11. Provide ongoing information to assist in removing any waste from the process and improve warrant success rate e.g. feedback about external suppliers, give suggestions to improve processes.
12. Identify any vulnerability or potential issues with warrant scheduling, application and execution and either find a solution or inform colleagues with the authority to resolve the matter.
13. Daily review of previous day's warrant activity to identify any issues including jobs refused at court and aborted warrants.
14. Handle inbound calls and e-mails from Field Solutions staff.
15. Identify any issues that may threaten our brand and reputation.
16. Comply with Regulatory and Retail regulations and policies.
Experience and Qualifications:
1. Ability to spot patterns and potential risk to business and deal with this appropriately.
2. Excellent attention to detail, consistently producing accurate work of a high standard.
3. Prioritize workload and work to tight deadlines within a fast paced environment.
4. To be naturally positive and a problem solver.
5. To embrace change and be flexible, with the ability to adapt and reformulate plans dependent on business priorities.
6. Computer literacy (proficient in Windows, Word, Excel) and willingness to learn new skills.
7. Handle confidential information and customer sensitive data.
8. Use of MS Access scheduling database.
9. Use of MS MapPoint to plot routes and import other performance data.
10. Stakeholder management external suppliers (National Grid, locksmiths, dog handlers) to improve working relationship with mutual benefits.
