The Role
1. Build business relationships with existing and new clients by providing a consultative and service-driven relationship.
2. Ensure regular communication is maintained with client contacts, using client list effectively and keeping up to date with all hot clients (ensuring that information held on clients is maintained and updated regularly).
3. 3 client visits per week.
4. Drive cross-selling across Oakleaf Partnership.
5. Grow desk through winning own business.
6. Achieve personal revenue targets consistently (30% of billings to be self-generated).
7. Interview and register candidates offering advice and guidance where required (Deliver outstanding customer experience when registering candidates through competency-based interviewing and creation of detailed interview notes to support candidate search).
8. Build successful customer networks (offering career advice and guidance, where required).
9. Attend networking events that OP hosts and be prepared to show hospitality to all attendees.
