A Typical Day in the Job: Data Entry: Ensuring that data is in line with regulatory and confidentiality standards. Ensuring all information is accurate, up-to-date, and formatted correctly for reporting purposes. Reviewing and implementing improved data sets Data Reporting: Preparation of regular and ad-hoc data reports; ensuring clarity, accuracy, and timeliness. Creating visual representations of data (charts, graphs, dashboards) to support decision-making. Data Analysis: Supporting the analysis of complex datasets, identifying trends, patterns, and insights to improve performance. Quality Assurance: Data cleansing to ensure data integrity. Maintaining a high level of attention to detail when handling sensitive information Collaboration : Working with our teams to understand the requirements and ensure data is collected, analysed, and reported appropriately. Providing data-driven recommendations to improve service quality and outcomes. Full training and supportwill be provided by your workplace mentor and the Baltic Apprenticeships team. Analytical mindset with a passion for problem-solving. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently. High level of professionalism when handling sensitive and confidential information. Good understanding of Microsoft 365 (especially Excel) and other data-related tools. Familiarity with databases or data entry platforms is advantageous.
