What You'll Do: Support young people with their individual care plans, ensuring their unique needs are met. Collaborate with families, social workers, and other agencies to provide a wrap-around support system for each young person. Safeguard the wellbeing and safety of the young people in your care, making sure everything you do aligns with the necessary legislative and procedural guidelines. Play a key role in developing and reviewing care, health, and education plans, ensuring young people's needs are at the heart of everything. Create a positive, nurturing environment where every young person can grow, develop, and feel included. Who You Are: You understand the diverse developmental needs of young people, from physical to emotional, intellectual to social. You're knowledgeable about Child Protection procedures and the role of Social Care services.
