Our client are looking for a 1st Line IT Support Technician to join the in house team, to take responsibility for the management of all support queries, ensuring quality of service to both internal and external contacts.
The ideal candidate will have an avid interest in IT, have undertaken or be undertaking an IT qualification, ideally at NVQ Level 3, though we will consider applications for someone who is willing to work towards this.
Key Responsibilities:
1. To be the sole point of contact for all IT support queries.
2. To manage IT support queries through their full lifecycle and coordinate within house developers. To communicate effectively with customers, colleagues and internal/external personnel
