What You Bring
* Proven executive leadership experience– Several years of experience in a senior leadership role, ideally as managing director, general manager, or commercial director in a high-growth, competitive industry, preferred in consumer goods business
* Experience in working in matrix organisations is a plus
* Strong commercial acumen– Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and managing P&L
* Strategic and hands-on leadership – Ability to define a big-picture strategy while effectively managing day-to-day operations
* Market expertise– Deep understanding of the local market, its challenges, and opportunities, with a strong network of industry contacts
* Financial and business management– Experience in budgeting, forecasting, risk management, and financial reporting to ensure sustainable profitability
* Exceptional people leadership – Track record of building, leading, and inspiring high-performing teams, fostering a culture of innovation, trust, and accountability
* Stakeholder management– Ability to engage and influence internal and external stakeholders, including investors, partners, and customers
* Innovation and digital mindset – Forward-thinking approach to technology, digital transformation, and business innovation
* Degree qualification – A bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, economics, management, or a related field (preferred)
* Fluency in English– Additional language skills (appreciated)
