The Role:
1. As a Conveyancing Assistant you will be working within a close knit team supporting a conveyancer with a residential property caseload from inception through to completion
2. Preparing correspondence and documents through audio and copy typing
3. Office Procedures Manual and Departmental Guidelines
4. Making appointments, arranging meetings, booking meeting rooms and maintaining an up-to-date diary for the Legal Advisor
5. Attending clients both in person and over the telephone and providing assistance in a professional and friendly manner in keeping with the firm's standards for client care
Requirements:
1. Ideally previous experience working within Residential Property
2. Experience of use of IT systems; digital dictation, case management, MS Word and Outlook
3. Ability to work with minimum supervision
4. 'Can Do' and flexible approach
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
