Keynetics Ltd is recruiting an ‘Customer Service Advisor’ to assist with the daily activity required in the Operations Team.
Job Summary

The role
1. Helping customers with remote support of our products and reviewing their account activity.
2. Following up on important calls to ensure that the query has been resolved.
3. Determine actions required based on established procedures.
4. Tracking and documenting actions taken.
5. Building rapport with customers to resolve issues and questions.
6. Taking ownership of customer enquiries and responding to escalated customer issues.
7. Remotely meet with customers to provide them with training and support.
The ideal candidate will have:
1. Experience in delivery of customer service.
2. Desire to help others.
3. Good team player.
4. Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6. Enjoys working in an office environment.

Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:30
