You will be responsible for managing and maintaining SLHs governance to ensure compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements. Reporting to the Head of Governance & Assurance, you will organise and support the governance programme for South Liverpool Homes, Avela Services Limited and our Committees, preparing and issuing Board and Committee papers whilst being a key point of contact for Board Members. Youll obtain, record and manage accurate records which provide assurance of continued compliance with regulatory requirements, in addition to managing SLHs policy timetable.
