We are now seeking people to work with our elderly clients and can negotiate with you your availability - tell us what suits you, and let us work our magic (within reason).
We are also very happy to speak to people looking for a couple of hours work each day, including weekend's - so if you are retired, bored, in need of extra income, looking for new friends, or keen to give something back, then give us a call.
We do require all staff work their agreed hours on alternate weekends - essential.
You must be passionate about what you do, with your own car - essential because we travel between clients and 'drive them to appointments' on a daily basis. You must also have a full British Driving Licence.
You must have the Right to Work in the UK and this will be established later during any recruitment process. We are currently NOT licenced to sponsor people and are unable to use people currently sponsored by other companies.
Job Description
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Care Assistants to join our team in Welwyn Hatfield, United Kingdom. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting elderly individuals within our community, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.
* Assist elderly clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility
* Prepare and serve nutritious meals, ensuring dietary requirements are met
* Administer medication as prescribed and monitor clients' health conditions
* Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
* Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to implement care plans
* Document and report any changes in clients' conditions or concerns
* Accompany clients to medical appointments or social activities when needed
* Respond promptly to emergencies and provide basic first aid when necessary
* Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
Benefits Include:
* Hourly rates £12.00 - £13.00 per hour (averaging with benefits £14.00+ per hour)
* Paid travel time between clients (some restrictions apply)
* Travel expenses £0.30/per mile - £0.45/per mile

Essential Requirements:

Additional Information
We are also interested in Live-In care professionals and as a Live In Care Professional, you will be provided with 3 meals a day or an allowance from the client, a separate room to stay and access to a TV and WiFi. In addition, we offer comprehensive training and support and high rates of pay.
