Lead Cloud Engineer required to join a rapidly growing fintech consumer app. They are numbering around 40 at the moment, and are owned by one of the biggest players in the energy market so have grand plans and the backing to best enable them to deliver on those.
They are looking for someone who is fully behind Infrastructure-as-Code and automation, and someone who has tackled both microserves and monoliths in the past. They have projects ahead of them that are fully greenfield, and also migrations, and they’ll be looking for someone who is knowledgeable on the following;
- AWS
- End to end Disaster recovery
- Experience producing technical designs and writing architectural proposals
It would be a Lead role, and required is someone who has experience of operating at that level strategicallyand leading a team, however the role remains full hands on as the engineering team is still fairly small.
The role would be fully remote, but there are offices in Manchester and London if you’d like to use them. Salary would be up to £95k for the right candidate, but they could look to on board someone more junior and step them up to that level also. Also great benefits including a bonus up to 15% and 30 days holiday plus bank holidays.
