We’re looking for a PPC specialist to join Carrington. This position’s ideal for someone with at least 2-3 years’ experience working with Google Ads and paid social accounts (either in an agency or in-house) and who loves the idea of working at a Google Partner agency, helping to deliver brilliant returns for our clients.

EXPERIENCE
* 2-3 years PPC experience (but we hire on passion and talent, not length of service)
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Managing client Pay-Per-Click campaigns through Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping)
* Managing paid social ads campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Snapchat
* Microsoft Ads experience
* Optimising campaigns for clients daily, weekly and monthly
* Optimising conversation rates and implementing advanced conversion tracking
* Data analysis from Google Ads and Google Analytics to optimise accounts and improve performance
* Setting client strategies in partnership with our PR and SEO teams
* Manage the onboarding process to ensure that the agency has all assets and account access as required for management of campaigns
* Regular account audits to identify new opportunities and growth of campaigns and results
* Reporting and analytics of PPC campaign
* Supporting with new business pitches and proposals
REQUIREMENTS
Essential
* Experience managing multiple ad campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook and more
* Experience of managing clients and working with them to deliver strong results
* Google Ads and Google Analytics certification
* Great client relationship and team working skills
* Strong attention to detail, communication skills and timekeeping
