Due to continued growth, my client is seeking to recruit an additional candidate within their busy sales & service team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with client relationship experience although they will also consider a college leaver looking for an entry level role into the commerical office sector. You must be confident with speaking to people & have a natural desire to hit targets & promote products. (This is NOT a call centre role) Full training will be provided. Duties: Monitoring back orders and informing customers of any delays via email/phone. Answering calls/emails Processing sales orders Various administrative duties Providing tracking for customer orders Processing purchase orders Assist customers via the phone & email to select and purchase products based on their needs and preferences. Making outbound calls to customers to develop & create opportunities. Upselling & offering alternatives as required. Provide product knowledge and information to customers. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service. Skill set required: Highly organised with excellent attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal skills and communicator, with outstanding written and verbal English communication skills. Self-motivated with a positive can-do attitude and the ability to be flexible in a fast-paced dynamic environment. Team player with ability to work well with customers and colleagues at all levels. Intermediate level experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
