The company, which turns over £400 million, has a fantastic reputation within their market space. Due to recent changes in legislation, they have seen a huge increase in the need for their product. This increase has allowed them to put forward exciting plans to improve site efficiency, upgrade machinery, and increase the size of their production team. This will be spearheaded by a diverse and down-to-earth plant manager, alongside an experienced operations team. About the Role As a Electrician, you will be responsible for the upkeep of various bits of ancillary equipment. Perform Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) on electrical systems. Respond to reactive maintenance requests promptly. Diagnose and resolve electrical faults efficiently. Install and commission service electrical components and systems. About You To be considered for this Electrician role, you should have/be the following: Previous experience working within a manufacturing environment Strong electrical knowledge with a good understanding of knowledge of electrical components such as Proximity sensors Inverters Control panels Limit switches Photocells relays temperature probes Methodical mind Experience and knowledge of health and safety in a manufacturing environment. PLC experience is beneficial but not necessary as training will be given. Why Join?
