Be an integral part of a professional and dedicated team that supports and provides high level HR Administration and HR Employment Relations advice across a broad spectrum of industry sectors and size of business.

About the Opportunity
As part of the HR Administration team, you will be responsible for:
* Responding to first line enquiries on generalist HR queries
* Utilising a full suite of software including an HR Information System, Ticketing System to track and monitor work requests, Customer database, task management software and software to help us update and distribute up-to-the minute & compliant company handbooks
* Demonstrating a high level of motivation to research, interpret policy and apply it in practical ways to help Employers manage their human resource issues
* Providing exceptional customer-service that is professional, resourceful and that we can be proud of
About You
Prior Qualifications e.g., GCSE/A Levels:
* GCSE Maths & English C / 4
Desired Skills/Knowledge:
* Capable of reading and comprehending complex text and being able to communicate concepts clearly
* Proficient computer skills particularly with Word and ideally Excel
* Some work experience that demonstrates a capacity to work effectively in a team
