This role is working within grocery retail managing both private label and branded food opportunities across a new number of key customer accounts.
A great opportunity for a NAM to join a business where you will manage a large retail account, as well as looking at re-launch and new business opportunities across several targeted grocery retail customers. There are several great innovative products to work with across chilled and ambient.
The team is small but perfectly formed and the role of National Account Manager will offer a huge amount of autonomy to develop business opportunities across several accounts. Working closely with a SNAM you will also have shared resource in the shape of a Commercial Executive and together as a team you will manage the full portfolio of products across a large retail customer base.
You will….
1. Be energetic and passionate about the food industry
2. Have current experience within food manufacturing
3. Have sold to and worked with grocery retail and be ready to take ownership of your own accounts
4. Be a strong negotiator and can demonstrate elements of new business development
The role offers a flexible hybrid working model of one to two days a week home based.
