As the Head of Client Services, you’ll play a key role in driving client satisfaction, retention, and growth. Leading a small, tight-knit team committed to client success, you’ll oversee technical support, training, implementation, and account management. This role allows you to work directly with the Executive Management Team, reporting to the MD, and provides the opportunity to shape the entire client journey, ensuring that service quality aligns with business goals and industry standards. Key Responsibilities Define and execute the client services strategy to boost customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue. Champion the client perspective within the business, driving a seamless journey from onboarding to account management. Lead a high-performing, people-focused team, fostering a collaborative and customer-centric culture. Collaborate with executive leaders to align services with client needs and emerging industry trends. Build and nurture relationships with high-value clients, managing issues and ensuring exceptional service at all times. What We’re Looking For Proven track record in client services with experience as a senior manager/leader. Success in managing high-value accounts and leading a team to achieve service excellence. Background in financial services, banking, or fintech, especially in financial advice or wealth management, preferred. Strategic, data-driven, and client-focused approach. Passionate about creating a client-first culture within a supportive, people-centered team.
