As the F&B Strategy Development Intern, you will provide exceptional communication and experiences for our guests through the coordination and communication of the European F&B initiatives. From day one, our placement students are fully integrated into Team Hilton. Based in our EMEA headquarters, Watford, you will be part of a cohort of 40 Interns and take part in regular connect meetings, short assignments and feedback sessions designed to support your development. The Opportunity As the F&B Strategy Development Intern, you will be supporting the Continental European F&B Operations & Development Team to deliver and track the European F&B strategy. Some of the more specific responsibilities you will be taking on are detailed as follows; Providing administrative assistance to department executives, including diary management, scheduling, travel arrangements, drafts of correspondence, taking phone calls, preparing expense reports, and assisting with emails, tasks and contacts Creating and developing visual presentations for Executive Meetings, GM’s meeting/briefings, etc. Supporting all stakeholders on key projects. Maintaining deadlines and assuring stakeholder involvement at the right time. Researching and responding to information requests from management. Maintaining department correspondence and files. Maintaining the European Share Files to ensure information is always up to date Keeping critical paths up to date for key projects. Managing monthly content visits with social media support agency. Raising and processing invoices. The role will be requiring travel for up to 20%. Why choose us? First and foremost, Hilton is a hospitality company, and we are looking for individuals with a strong sense of alignment to our culture and values. Must be a current Bachelor’s or Master’s student with a required 12-month year in industry placement as part of your degree. The ideal candidate will be working toward a degree within a hospitality discipline or have relevant experience in the hospitality or food & beverage industry. Must be able to start on the 7th of July 2025, to work full-time for a 12-month duration. Must be eligible to work in the UK. If you are a non-UK national, without EU Settled or Pre-Settled Status then you will need to be studying at a UK university to be eligible to undertake a placement here. Passionate about all things F&B, with a broader interest in current industry trends. Excellent written and verbal communication including the ability to deal with stakeholders at all levels. Excellent time management and organisational skills. Proficient in MS Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook are paramount to the role Working knowledge of design skills including Photoshop is a plus.
