My client is seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Systems Support Specialist to join their dynamic team. This role is integral in ensuring smooth IT operations, supporting a range of enterprise applications, and maintaining high service levels for end-users. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach to IT service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide IT support, managing incidents, service requests, and change processes within SLAs.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues, escalating when necessary.
3. Assist first-line analysts and collaborate with third-party vendors.
4. Maintain key business applications like Microsoft 365, Dynamics CRM, SharePoint, and SQL Server.
5. Monitor IT services to prevent downtime and ensure service continuity.
6. Document technical procedures and system configurations.
7. Support IT service efficiency improvements, automation, and training initiatives.
8. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
Required Experience & Qualifications:
1. Degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
2. 2+ years in IT support within an enterprise setting.
3. Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 administration and Dynamics CRM.
4. Experience with third-party IT service providers.
5. Analytical problem-solving skills and a customer service mindset.
6. Strong communication and organisational abilities.
Desirable Skills:
1. Power BI and QlikView experience.
2. Manufacturing or pharmaceutical IT experience.
3. ITIL certification.
4. Knowledge of Microsoft Server, Active Directory, and enterprise software.
5. Experience with ERP, MES, SCM, or LIMS systems.
