ROLE: Production Supervisor
HOURS: Weekly rotating shift : Mornings: 06:30 -14:30 Afternoons: 16:30 - 22:30
SALARY: £30,190.52pa, plus shift allowance when on Afternoon shift

We are currently recruiting for a Production Supervisor based at our S&S Plastics site in Sutton in Ashfield - with close connections to the M1 (J28) and A38.
As a Production Supervisor you are accountable to supervise, lead and develop a team of operatives and processes to deliver a safe, compliant, and efficient operation in line with targets, budgets and plans.
WHAT OUR PRODUCTION SUPERVISORS DO:
1. Lead and motivate your team through role modelling the Company values of Gritty, Proud, Decent and Agile
2. Ensure compliance of all mandatory operator training and development is continuously carried out
3. Ensure conformance to plan (CTP) and plan achievement (PA) targets are achieved
4. Adhere to all operational policies, processes, SOP's and Work instructions
5. Coach and monitor operators in line with production KPI's
