Job summary 37.5 Hours per week This is an exciting and rare opportunity to join Calderdale and Kirklees CAMHS as an Advanced Clinical Practitioner or an experienced ADHD Practitioner (Non-Medical Prescriber) and become our lead ADHD Treatment Practitioner supporting the service to enhance our ADHD treatment pathway. This is a senior clinical role with leadership and managerial responsibilities. You must be confident and experienced in this area with the ability to work autonomously in complex situations. You will have a key role in representing CAMHS in strategic discussions with respective ICBs with the ambition to drive improvements for the service. You will work as an autonomous prescriber where you will undertake ADHD medication reviews whilst working collaboratively alongside CAMHS Consultant Psychiatrists and Advanced Nurse Practitioners. Main duties of the job You will lead our ADHD pathway and Non-Medical Prescribing workforce. You will be competent in prescribing medications in this arena but will be supported to develop this skill if necessary.
