Are you a dynamic and results-driven sales professional looking to make a real impact in the food industry? Xena’s Food Group is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth, forge key industry relationships, and position our Ukrainian-produced goods in major supermarkets, wholesalers, and Eastern European food markets. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying and securing key buyers for our portfolio, with a strong ability to close deals efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Lead Generation – Proactively identify, target, and secure key buyers within supermarkets, wholesalers, and food suppliers.
2. Client Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong connections with new and existing clients.
3. Sales & Marketing Materials – Design and implement promotional assets with the in-house design team.
4. Trade Shows & Events – Identify, plan, and attend key trade shows in the UK and internationally.
5. Performance & ROI – Focus on quick wins and high-ROI sales strategies, ensuring strong deal closures.
6. Reporting & Accountability – Update sales trackers daily and provide weekly progress reports.
What We’re Looking For:
1. Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management (preferably in food/FMCG).
2. Strong network within supermarkets, wholesalers, world food aisles, or Eastern European food suppliers.
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
4. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve ambitious targets.
5. Pre-arranged remote work from anywhere available upon request.
