Technically strong Project Manager with a proven track record delivering substructure, groundworks, and complex façade packages needed for a mixed-use project in East London. You will be working under the support of a floating Project Director, with full site responsibilities when they’re not present. Experience working under Asset Protection Agreements (APA) with Network Rail is advantageous. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a key scheme with a leading main contractor. Key Responsibilities: Lead the delivery of basement, substructure, and groundworks phases, ensuring program and budget compliance Oversee a highly technical façade consisting of masonry and curtain walling, ensuring quality and specification compliance Manage and coordinate a site team, including a Senior Site Manager, Site Manager, and Trainee Interface with Network Rail where required, ensuring adherence to APA processes and safety regulations Drive program delivery while maintaining health, safety, and environmental standards Act as the key point of contact for clients, design teams, subcontractors, and suppliers Monitor progress, conduct risk assessments, and implement mitigation strategies Requirements: Minimum 2 years’ experience working as Project Manager across a similar project Proven experience managing basement, substructure, and groundworks packages Technical expertise in complex façades (masonry & curtain walling) Asset Protection Agreement (APA) experience with Network Rail is a bonus SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, and Temporary Works Coordinator certification are essential Strong leadership and coordination skills, particularly on logistically challenging sites To apply, send your CV through the portal or contact Katy Challis at Falcon Green directly
