We're currently looking for Trainers to join our team to support operational learning trainers with delivery of high-quality learning. This role will be on fixed term contract until March 2025.
Responsibilities
1. Support Operational Learning Trainers with delivery of high-quality learning events through cohort management and equipment and group logistics support.
2. Assist facilitation of live events through effective management of cohort activities such as Q&A, Teams chat and break out rooms.
3. Contribute to the setting and management of learner behaviour and participation expectations.
4. Support and coach learners through self-led learning activities.
5. Co-ordinate and manage learner system access, issues and login requirements.
6. Manage wrap around learning activities such as buddying and mandatory learning.
7. Make effective use of the available tech stack to enable facilitation of effective, tech enabled learning solutions.
8. Provide Learning Management Systems administrative support to manage extensive scheduling and delegate management.
9. Maintain L&D systems, including LMS content and the training content and ensure that all tracking is consistent and up to date.
10. Undertake the professional development required to maintain technical competence, remain current on industry thinking and to develop knowledge of specific learning differences and neurodiversity to support learners, and continuous improvement in learning.
About You
1. Working knowledge and experience in relevant technical field (if applicable).
2. Confident communicator with ability to transfer knowledge clearly and concisely and adapt style for different communication methods.
3. Knowledge and ability to deliver elements of the learning cycle.
4. Adapts positively to changes in priorities and new ways of working.
5. Ability to manage IT and system related requirements of a learning cohort.
