Hayley Group Limited has an exciting vacancy for a highly motivated eCommerce Coordinator to join our well-established and experienced eCommerce team based at our head-office in Halesowen. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary.
About the role:
We’re seeking an eCommerce Coordinator to join the growing, fast-paced eCommerce Division at head-office in Halesowen. Please note, this is an office-based role, no remote working available.
Working Hours: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday
Key responsibilities as eCommerce Coordinator will include:
* Work and be part of the Hayley Group eCommerce Team
* Develop knowledge and understanding of all internal systems and processes, with an emphasis on the Hayley Group’s eCommerce platform
* Lead customer demos and visit sites when required
* Provide eCommerce support to the Group’s branches and their customers' setups
Skills & Attributes we're looking for in our eCommerce Coordinator will include:
* Valid UK driving licence
* Ideally holds an IT degree
* Knowledge of MRO/Engineering products is desirable, however not essential
* Confident with all Microsoft Office packages, particularly Excel, Outlook, etc.
* Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and achieve targets
