Job Overview
This exciting new role will provide a robust end to end tracking and management for patients on Skin surgery pathways. This would be an ideal opportunity for an experienced administrator looking to expand their skills and knowledge. The post is full time for a fixed term of two years supporting Dermatology across three sites and based at Doncaster Royal Infirmary.

You will be required to maintain a high standard of administrative support to the Dermatology medical admin team ensuring that robust systems are in place for the efficient management of patients on a skin surgery pathway. Ensure that digital transcriptions are managed timely in accordance with Trust expectation. Provide proactive waiting list coordination to ensure patients are booked in line with clinical priority and national/local waiting times and to support the best use of capacity for patient pathway.

Essential criteria
* Minimum of 3 GCSEs including English and Maths at Grade C or above or suitable equivalent qualification
* RSA III or NVQ III or suitable equivalent level administrative qualification
* ECDL or equivalent qualification / demonstrable experience

* Business Administration Level II Apprenticeship
