Chorley Executive Assistant / PA to the Chief Executive Officer Your New Role To provide executive/ PA support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) plus members of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) totalling 9x Directors. An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team as an Executive Assistant to the CEO. Responsible for the meticulous diary management and pro-active organisation of the CEO's time, making arrangements and appointments. You must be able to carefully manage and organise large volume of deadlines and thrive in a fast paced environment. Principal Accountabilities Responsible for the CEO’s/ ELT’s diaries, including arranging complex travel arrangements, scheduling of meetings, planning and organisation of events. Planning and organising activities on behalf of the CEO/ ELT, understanding business priorities in order to effectively manage time. Organise internal/ external meetings and look after clients/ owners/ investors and other key visitors for the CEO/ ELT. Taking accurate meeting minutes and providing in a timely manner following the meeting, including details of any actions. Organising external meetings including the negotiation of commercial arrangements with venues where applicable. Liaison with employees for the purposes of ensuring adherence to Company office rules and standards. Preparation and collation of documents, reports and presentations using Microsoft Office applications (including confidential and commercially sensitive information). Other organisational activities as directed by the CEO/ ELT. Knowledge & Experience: Previous experience in an Executive Assistant/ PA role preferred. Previous experience working in a complex, matrix company preferred. Previous administrative experience working with senior stakeholders. Previous experience of office/ facilities management. Skills & Personal Qualities: Strong IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, OneNote and SharePoint. Meticulous accuracy and attention to detail. Demonstrates professionalism and confidentiality at all times. Able to deal with last-minute changes remaining calm and organised at all times. Able to juggle multiple priorities & to effectively multi-task. Clear and concise communicator. Great problem-solving skills. Excellent customer service skills.
