Key Responsibilities Lead the team to process lending applications with efficiency, accuracy, and compliance, from initial application through to completion. Work closely with brokers, solicitors, and valuation teams to ensure smooth application management and exceptional customer outcomes. Resolve escalations, investigate complex cases, and deliver solutions with professionalism. Identify and implement improvements to processes, driving efficiency and quality. Develop and motivate your team through coaching, training, and performance management. Collaborate across departments to support organizational growth and success. What You’ll Bring At least 2 years’ experience in lending operations, with strong leadership and team-building skills. A solid understanding of retail lending processes, particularly for owner-occupier and Buy-To-Let mortgages. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
