To ensure the Trust can create problem solvers, continually identifying areas of improvement and making a difference every day will need co-ordination. To support our teams in this way of working, the Coach House team is looking to recruit a Continuous Improvement Support Officer.
The Coach House will be responsible for the roll out and delivery of the Improving Together methodology at Salisbury and driving quality and cultural improvement forward across all teams.
Unfortunately we cannot accept those who need sponsorship to work in this role due to updated government guideline's.
