Job Description:
We're seeking a talented individual to join our Co-op team as a Customer Team Leader. This role involves leading and managing a team of customer-facing staff, ensuring exceptional customer service and store operations.
Responsibilities:
* Friendly and Thoughtful Service: Deliver friendly, welcoming, easy, helpful, and thoughtful service every day.
* Team Development: Develop your team's capabilities through coaching and training, fostering an inclusive culture where everyone's voice is valued and respected.
* Store Operations: Ensure the store remains safe, legal, and fully operational.
* Supporting Your Store Manager: Deputise when necessary and deliver various HR processes.
* Innovative Solutions: Lead the way in introducing new products and services, working closely with your team to implement change and encourage open and honest feedback.
* Community Involvement: Build relationships and get involved in your local community, supporting your Store Manager with the delivery of the local Co-op community plan.
