The Role:
As a Performing Arts Teaching Assistant, you’ll support our students both in and out of the classroom, helping them grow in confidence and thrive in their studies. Your unique skills in drama, dance, or music will play a key role in creating a positive, engaging learning environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Supporting performing arts lessons by working closely with students and teachers.
* Assisting with small group or one-to-one support, especially for students who need extra help.
* Helping plan and run creative workshops, school productions, or extracurricular activities.
* Encouraging students to express themselves through creativity and performance.
* Providing general classroom support across other subjects when needed.
What We’re Looking For:
* A degree in Performing Arts, Drama, Dance, or Music.
* A passion for working with children and supporting their development.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Patience, enthusiasm, and adaptability.
