Our RAFAKidz family:
Just like our children, our waiting lists are growing! In each of our 16 settings, we create experiences that are special, unique, and child-focused. Our staff are specially selected for their loving and caring nature, as well as their expertise. The needs of military families are unique, and at RAFAKidz, we take extra care to make sure those needs are met.
For every child that comes through the doors of RAFAKidz, no matter their ability, background, or circumstances, you could provide experiences and opportunities that will help them be confident and reach their potential.
What makes us different:
By joining us as part of our RAFAKidz family, we make a commitment to your ongoing development and future career opportunities. (Please read our staff testimonials on our website!) We ask that you bring a positive, caring, and enthusiastic attitude, and in return, we will give you a great induction experience, training and development opportunities, and you’ll be learning on the job from amazing colleagues! We offer subsidised childcare for colleagues to be able to bring their children with them, high-quality up-to-date training including using our software to electronically record your observations and updates. You’ll have ample annual leave and time off to relax and recharge over the Christmas period.
About the role:
We have a position available for a part-time Nursery Cleaner to join our friendly team. Whilst previous experience would be desirable, it is not essential. Our ideal candidate will have a ‘can do’ attitude, a cheerful personality, and a good eye for detail. Along with the usual cleaning responsibilities as you would expect with a role of this type, we need the post holder to have an awareness of Health and Safety, as our children’s safety is paramount. We will provide training which will enable you to be vigilant with regards to cleaning products and equipment and enable you to identify and report any risks which may pose an injury to children and staff, for example, broken play equipment, wobbly furniture, etc.
This post requires a satisfactory, enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check on appointment and every three years thereafter. As part of our inclusive culture, we encourage applications across all cultural backgrounds, genders, and abilities.
