The company is seeking a National Key Account Manager to oversee and grow key retail accounts across the UK. The role involves driving sales and profitability, developing strategic partnerships with key customers, and identifying new opportunities for market expansion. This dynamic, high-impact position requires representing the product range, working closely with buyers and chefs, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver customer-centric solutions. Responsibilities: Lead and manage commercial relationships with key accounts in the UK region. Achieve KPIs focused on revenue growth, product launches, and account penetration Drive business development with existing clients by spotting market opportunities and expanding product offerings. Proactively approach new prospects to grow the customer base. Manage budgets for various accounts and communicate strategies and recommendations to management. Act as a bridge between internal teams and customers to ensure smooth processes and strong client relationships. Implement sales strategies for revenue growth and analyse market trends and competitor activities. Qualifications: 3-5 years of retail experience in sales/account management within the FMCG or food industry. Familiarity with the "top 4" UK food retailers. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Willingness to travel regularly within the region. Commercially aware, self-motivated, and strategically oriented Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and sales forecasting tools. We look forward to receiving your application
