Client Relationship Management Develop and maintain senior-level relationships with direct clients and FM/Managing agents. ?? Growth & Opportunity Development Identify and secure additional services within market sectors, including onsite audits, training opportunities, and compliance schemes. ?? Water Risk Assessments Oversee and manage water/legionella risk assessments to ensure compliance with COSHH Regulations and HSE guidelines (ACoP L8). ?? Contract Management Support key contracts, analyse profitability, and promote additional services such as air quality assessments, LEV testing, and fire damper inspections. ?? Training & Compliance Deliver client training courses, keep up to date with industry regulations, and implement new training based on legislative changes. What were looking for: Proven experience in Key Account Management or a similar client-focused role Strong knowledge of compliance regulations in health & safety, water risk assessments, or facilities management Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills Ability to identify business growth opportunities and drive profitability Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/client management systems Whats in it for you?
