About the Role:
The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring we attract, hire, and retain the best professionals to support our growth and maintain the high standards of care we provide.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sourcing Candidates, attracting suitable candidates to the company using a range of media and primarily the telephone.
* Advertising vacancies, using Indeed, LinkedIn, mailing lists, and social media.
* Interviewing candidates to find top talent in the healthcare sector.
* Managing applications, from start to end of the process, supporting candidates' onboarding journey.
* Answering incoming calls from potential candidates and supporting them as needed.
Skills Required:
* Proven recruitment experience, preferably within the healthcare or care sector.
* Confidence to communicate clearly and effectively.
* Strong communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to manage your own workload.
* Solid teamworking skills to collaborate with colleagues.
