As a Sales Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing and expanding our relationships with key existing clients, capitalize on existing business opportunities while actively seeking out new ones, ensuring sustained growth and customer satisfaction. This role will give you the opportunity to work with some of the UK’s most famous venues and hospitality groups delivering projects ranging from one-off installations and maintenance contracts to projects in excess of £1.5m You will be supported by an award-winning design, project management, and marketing team, so you can focus on your role. Sales Growth: Achieve sales targets by effectively managing and growing existing accounts, as well as identifying and securing new business opportunities. Account Management: Proactively manage client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional service and support. Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify potential growth areas. Negotiation: Conduct effective negotiations to secure favourable terms and maximize sales revenue. The fit: Sales Account Manager Proven track record in sales, preferably in the catering equipment or food-service industry. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
