Responsibilities:
* Assist with the day-to-day management of ledgers, including inputting purchase ledger and bank transactions, reconciling to statements, and requesting details for missing transactions.
* Maintain contact and build relationships with suppliers.
* Assist with the preparation of quarterly accounts for property companies.
* Maintain an adequate and organised filing system.
* Deal with client queries by phone and email.
* Gain an understanding of the group structure.
* Assist with ad hoc projects.
* Assist with other admin duties as required.
Progression onto CIMA or ACCA is encouraged.
Monday to Friday, shifts to be confirmed.
