Job Summary
As the Compliance Officer at GN Wellsprings, you will be responsible for ensuring the company maintains the highest standards of compliance and regulatory adherence in the care industry.
Responsibilities
1. Familiarising and keeping up to date with relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines from Care Quality Commission and updating our compliance strategies accordingly.
2. Implementing standard operating policies and procedures.
3. Ensuring safe recruitment and selection of staff to safeguard clients and maintaining high standards of care.
4. Effective staff training and development.
5. Ensuring our interval compliance systems and practices.
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records as proof of compliance.
7. Fostering a culture of compliance.
8. Regular compliance reviews.
9. Maintain a proactive learning culture.
Skills
* Strong knowledge of regulatory reporting requirements specific to the care sector.
* Proven experience in compliance management within care.
* Excellent analytical skills with the ability to conduct thorough internal audits effectively.
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Ability to communicate complex compliance issues clearly and effectively across all levels of the organisation.
* Proficiency in using compliance management software and tools is advantageous.
