Responsibilities
1. Lead and inspire a team of 4 phone-based sales executives.
2. Assign and manage campaign data to the team.
3. Conduct tests to boost conversion rates and implement actionable insights.
4. Monitor sales, analyze key metrics like conversion by person/channel, and deliver daily performance reports to the Head of Inside Sales.
5. Provide training, call auditing, and coaching support to improve sales performance, collaborating with the L&S team for specific training needs.
6. Motivate and inspire the team to maintain high morale and foster a high-performing sales culture.
7. Build strong relationships and product knowledge across the Alcumus Group to facilitate cross-selling opportunities.
Qualifications for Success
* Experience leading a phone-based new business team.
* Target-driven, self-motivated, and dedicated.
* Skilled in pitching, negotiating, and handling objections.
* Excellent understanding of new business sales processes with a continuous improvement mindset.
* Proven track record of meeting targets in a new business environment.
* Strong team management skills, including conducting 1:1s, performance management, and coaching.
* Ability to inspire and motivate a team.
