As a Senior Tax Manager, you will take on a pivotal role in the firm’s Tax Advisory Group, contributing to a wide range of tax projects across diverse industries. You will be responsible for: Producing comprehensive reports and advisory letters on various tax issues Managing HMRC correspondence Attending client meetings with partners to deliver high-level tax advice Providing training and guidance to junior team members Supporting partners in refining and implementing internal processes Tax Projects: You'll have the opportunity to advise clients on tax matters such as corporate reconstructions, investor reliefs (EIS/SEIS), staff incentive schemes, and tax-efficient planning for owner-managed businesses (including remuneration, succession planning, CGT, and IHT mitigation). You will also oversee the review of complex corporation tax computations and returns.
